Senior AI Engineering Lead — Foundation Models & Responsible AI

Capital One is seeking a Sr. Manager, AI Engineer to lead foundational AI systems across the enterprise. The role is based in Cambridge, MA or McLean, VA and will drive responsible AI delivery at scale. You will partner with engineers, researchers, PMs, and product teams to advance AI capabilities, oversee model training and inference, optimize performance and governance, and mentor a high‑performing team dedicated to transforming banking through AI.
