Senior AI Engineer - Remote, Build a Career Coach AI

Careerminds is building an AI career companion app featuring a conversational assistant that can update resumes, search for jobs, prepare for interviews, and follow up on outcomes. You will own core architecture and decisions in a small team, shaping how people navigate their careers. This is a 100% remote role with ownership over end-to-end product development, including memory, tool calls, and performance optimization. You will influence product direction and delivery for real users.
