Senior AI Engineer - Production-Ready, Client-Facing Leader

Groundswell is seeking an experienced AI engineer to turn ambiguous business problems into production AI solutions for federal clients. This client-facing role requires designing, building, and validating AI capabilities across discovery, build, and operations with measurable success criteria. You will lead pattern selection, architecture decisions, and end-to-end delivery, including prompts, retrieval, APIs, and UI, while mentoring peers and documenting validation results for deployments.
