Senior AI Engineer — Production LLMs & Agent Systems

Travelers is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead a cross-functional, product-centric team evolving AI-native development for Bond & Specialty Insurance. You will own the technical vision, collaborate with product owners and designers, and guide production AI agents and tooling. You will ship end-to-end AI systems, implement telemetry, and drive architectural decisions across agent frameworks and orchestration tooling. Strong leadership and communication are required.
