SKILLS REQUIRED
Primary (Must-Have):
In-depth knowledge and hands-on integration experience with Microsoft Graph APIs
Proficiency in backend development using Python and TypeScript
Hands-on experience building, customizing, and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio agents
Experience designing secure integration pathways with Microsoft 365 core services (Users, Mail, Calendar, Teams, Files)
Solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, enterprise authentication, and Microsoft Entra ID authorization flows
10.00+ Years of Professional Software Engineering Experience
Secondary (Good to Have):
Familiarity with cloud-native hosting (AWS or Microsoft Azure)
Experience implementing enterprise AI/LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, or semantic search
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and secure code review practices

This role focuses on designing, building, and scaling secure integrations and conversational agents that connect core enterprise workflows. The ideal candidate brings a decade of engineering maturity, combining deep technical mastery of Microsoft Graph APIs and Microsoft Copilot Studio with strong coding capabilities in Python and TypeScript to deliver high-performance, production-grade automated solutions.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
API Integration & Engineering: Design, develop, and maintain robust, high-throughput software solutions that leverage Microsoft Graph APIs to unlock data across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
AI & Agent Development: Build, configure, and extend custom Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, implementing advanced backend or agent-specific logic using Python and TypeScript.
M365 Ecosystem Connectivity: Architect secure, compliant, and scalable connections into Microsoft 365 services, optimizing data retrieval and interaction structures for users, mail, calendars, Teams, and cloud storage.
Security & Auth Optimization: Implement, troubleshoot, and optimize API authentication and authorization flows, ensuring airtight data privacy and adherence to enterprise security governance.
Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize API performance, handling rate-limiting (throttling), caching, and data synchronization patterns efficiently.
Engineering Excellence: Actively contribute to hands-on code development, conduct thorough peer code reviews, and establish technical documentation to maintain superior engineering standards.
