Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions across the business Apply AI to improve automation, forecasting, decision-making, and operational efficiency Develop and productionize LLM-based solutions, including retrieval-augmented generation and agentic workflows Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, data platforms) Build and maintain data pipelines and scalable AI systems Partner cross-functionally with engineering, data, and business teams to solve real-world problems Evaluate and integrate third-party tools and AI platforms where appropriate Ensure solutions are production-ready, secure, and aligned with responsible AI practices Senior AI Engineer Qualifications

6+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science Proven experience building and deploying production-level AI/ML solutions Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and data pipelines Experience applying AI to real-world business problems, not just research or academic use cases Strong understanding of system design, data pipelines, and model deployment Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, collaborative environment Experience in manufacturing, healthcare, or industrial environments is a plus This role is ideal for a builder who wants to focus on execution and delivery, working on real-world AI applications in a complex, operational environment.
