Your Contributions Will Include:
Collaborating with a diverse team of engineers, researchers, and product managers to create transformative AI products that elevate associate and customer interactions.
Designing, developing, testing, and deploying robust AI components, such as foundation model training, LLM inference, model evaluation, and observability.
Utilizing a diverse stack of Open Source and SaaS AI technologies, including AWS Ultraclusters, Huggingface, VectorDBs, and PyTorch.
Introducing state-of-the-art LLM optimization techniques to enhance the scalability, cost-effectiveness, and performance of production AI systems.
Contributing to the long-term vision and roadmap for foundational AI systems at Capital One.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related fields, along with several years of experience in AI and ML technologies.
Proven programming expertise in Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
Experience deploying scalable AI solutions on cloud platforms, with an emphasis on leading and mentoring engineering teams.
Strong communication skills for articulating complex AI concepts clearly and effectively.
