Senior AI Engineer - Human–AI Systems Architect

Aptima seeks a Senior AI Engineer – Human–AI Systems to lead design and execution of AI-enabled systems that fuse human cognition, team dynamics, and machine intelligence for Department of War applications. You will coordinate AI engineers and researchers, translate mission needs into system requirements and evaluation plans, and contribute to proposals and customer engagements while advancing human-centered AI capabilities.
