Team Description:
The Intelligent Foundations and Experiences (IFX) team is crucial to realizing our AI vision. We collaborate with various teams to innovate in AI science and engineering, building proprietary solutions that deliver significant value.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with engineers, research scientists, program managers, and product managers to create AI-powered solutions that enhance business and customer experiences.
Design, develop, and optimize components for large-scale AI systems, including training foundation models and ensuring model governance.
Utilize state-of-the-art open-source and SaaS AI technologies to drive innovative projects.
Develop and implement advanced optimization techniques for performance enhancement in production AI systems.
Contribute to the long-term technical vision and roadmap of capital AI systems.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Electrical Engineering, or related fields with at least 6 years of experience in AI/ML, or a Master’s degree with 4 years of experience.
Minimum 6 years of programming experience in Python, Go, Scala, or Java.
Preferred Qualifications:
7 years of experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
Experience in delivering complex AI systems.
Proven leadership skills in guiding and mentoring engineering teams.
Familiarity with developing state-of-the-art AI techniques for enhancing system performance.
Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate AI concepts.
