Job Description:
We are looking for 2 senior-level AI Engineers / Agentic AI Leads with strong hands-on development expertise and delivery experience in building AI-driven applications. The ideal candidates should have deep knowledge of modern LLM frameworks, agentic architectures, and cloud-based deployments, with the ability to lead end-to-end solution delivery.
This role requires a balance of technical depth + ownership of delivery, working on cutting-edge AI systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and Python in cloud environments.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph
Experience building Agentic AI systems / autonomous agents
Solid programming skills in Python
Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI workflows
Exposure to AWS Cloud (S3, Lambda, EC2, Bedrock, etc.)
Experience in end-to-end solution delivery / ownership
Ability to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI applications
Required Qualifications:
9+ years of overall experience with a strong AI/ML focus
Proven experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI-based solutions in production
Strong understanding of system design and architecture
Experience working in Agile / fast-paced environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Additional Skills:
Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, etc.)
Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) frameworks
Familiarity with multi-agent orchestration
Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps tools
Experience with API integrations and microservices architecture
