Solid software design principles (architecture, design patterns, scalability, maintainability) AI/Deep Learning experience, with hands-on RAG systems (retrieval, chunking, embeddings, re-ranking) Experience with agent development platforms — LangGraph, LangChain, Azure AI Agents, or similar CI/CD fundamentals and cloud deployment experience (Azure and/or AWS) Familiarity with Docker, Python, and Java Nice to have
Experience integrating with foundation model APIs (Claude, OpenAI, or similar) in production Knowledge graph or GraphRAG experience (Neo4j, RDF/SPARQL) Vector database experience (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector, etc)
