Senior AI Engineer: End-to-End Solutions Lead

Groundswell is seeking an experienced engineer to translate business problems into technical AI-enabled capabilities, from discovery to deployment, with hands-on ownership. You will own capabilities end to end, including discovery conversations, design, build, evaluation, and operation after release. You will mentor engineers new to AI and maintain current knowledge of models, tooling, and techniques while guiding architecture decisions.
