Senior AI Engineer: Customer-Facing Agent Orchestration

Optomi is seeking a Senior Engineer (VP-equivalent) to join the Customer-Facing AI Agents team in New York. Design and build production agentic workflows for multi-turn conversations, tool calling, retrieval, escalation, and human handoff in a regulated, high-trust environment. You will own agent orchestration with LangGraph/LangChain, integrate with Java/Spring microservices, and tune evaluation loops to ensure reliability and safety.
