We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer to join a growing team focused on building and scaling agentic AI solutions in production.
This role is highly hands-on and requires someone who can go beyond just using tools-someone who can design, build, and optimize AI systems while clearly articulating how and why solutions are implemented.
What You'll Be Doing
• Design and build agentic AI systems using frameworks like LangGraph and LangChain
• Develop and optimize RAG-based architectures to support business use cases
• Enhance existing AI solutions by identifying gaps and improving performance and scalability
• Build and deploy API-driven, microservices-based AI applications in cloud environments (GCP preferred)
• Implement prompt engineering strategies and agent workflows across multiple use cases
• Collaborate with engineering leads to productionize AI systems, including:
o CI/CD pipelines
o Monitoring and observability
o System reliability and scalability
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business use cases (workflow automation, patient/pharmacy solutions) into technical solutions
Key Focus Areas
• Day 1 contribution: Strong ramp in Python, LLMs, and prompt engineering
• Enhancing predefined AI use cases (not net new ideation-heavy)
• Building scalable platforms for AI-driven workflow automation
• Improving agent orchestration and system design

Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in AI/ML or LLM-based development
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel)
• Experience building agentic AI systems / autonomous agents (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models)
• Strong proficiency in:
o Python (primary)
o FastAPI
o Vector databases (FAISS, Weaviate, etc.)
o RAG pipelines (design + implementation)
• Experience deploying AI solutions in Cloud Environment (GCP preferred)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with GraphQL
• Exposure to Node.js
• Deep experience with agent design patterns and prompt engineering techniques
• Experience customizing LangGraph workflows or similar orchestration frameworks
• Familiarity with:
o Model Context Protocols
o Agent-to-agent communication / authentication
• Experience in healthcare / pharmacy workflows or workflow automation
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to improve existing use cases (not just build net new)
$50-$60
