Senior AI Engineer, AI-Native Services Lead (Remote)

Workstream is building AI-native services for the hourly workforce. As the first engineer on Workstream's AI-Native Services team, you’ll shape architecture, set engineering bar, and help build the team from zero to one, owning the components, how they work, and how fast bespoke work becomes reusable. This is a full-time, remote position with occasional in-office visits to support cross-functional collaboration and key initiatives.
