Senior AI Engineer

This is a high-impact role working directly with the CTO to build the AI infrastructure powering the company's core platform. You'll help design and deploy production-grade agentic AI systems that automate expert sourcing, qualification, interviewing, and insight generation at scale. Ideal for engineers who enjoy solving difficult AI and distributed systems challenges, moving rapidly from prototype to production, and helping shape the future of real-world AI applications.
Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of professional Python development experience • Strong experience with web applications, distributed systems, and scalable architectures • Deep experience in AI, machine learning, NLP, and statistical learning • Hands-on experience building applications with LLMs and agentic AI frameworks • Experience with tools such as LangChain, LangSmith, LiveKit, Pipecat, or similar technologies • Strong understanding of object-oriented and functional programming principles • Experience designing highly reliable and scalable systems • Familiarity with security and compliance frameworks such as SOC2 • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proven ability to independently own projects from concept through production deployment

• Design, build, and deploy production-ready agentic AI solutions • Develop scalable systems that support rapid business growth and increasing platform complexity • Create prototypes and proof-of-concepts that push the boundaries of AI-driven automation • Own projects from initial concept through production deployment • Build resilient infrastructure supporting expert sourcing, matching, interviewing, and insight generation workflows • Partner with Product, Operations, and leadership teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Establish clean, extensible architectures that enable rapid feature development • Collaborate with security teams to maintain compliance and platform reliability standards • Contribute to engineering best practices, code reviews, and technical standards • Share research, learnings, and emerging technologies to strengthen engineering culture and innovation
