About The Role
As a Senior AI Engineer at Resonance, you will be deploying cutting-edge AI solutions for both internal processes and client facing products. This role focuses on pushing the boundaries of what is possible with AI to help revolutionize the fashion industry and deliver real value. You will be responsible for applying state-of-the-art approaches while staying highly value-focused. You will develop practical AI solutions, including applications of machine learning models and large language models, initially focusing on retrieval augmented generation (RAG). You will contribute to the design and implementation of AI-driven systems, working closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and domain experts as well as different teams within Resonance. This role is ideal for engineers passionate about applying technology to create meaningful and impactful solutions while delivering value and delighting customers.
Responsibilities
Own the design, development, and deployment of software solutions that build innovative AI tools and models
Build and maintain data curation pipelines to feed machine learning models
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and domain experts, to discover, build, and iterate on innovative features and products
Rapidly develop and iterate on proofs-of-concept to test new ideas and hypotheses to efficiently validate and evolve software solutions in alignment with strategic objectives
Stay up to date on emerging trends and advancements in AI, LLMs and software development best practices
Requirements
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or Machine Learning or a related field, or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of experience in software development, with a track record of contributing significantly to the successful launch and scaling of new and innovative products, especially in a 0-1 setting, and ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly-changing environments
Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, agent and RAG frameworks)
Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders from diverse disciplines and varying levels of technical expertise
Hands-on experience with AI technologies, particularly in LLM-RAG and machine learning
Comfortable in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and end-to-end cloud-native software deployment (e.g., Kubernetes, GitOps)
