What you'll be doing:
Designing and developing AI Agents that meet project objectives around time, budget, and quality.
Staying up to date with the latest AI advancements, frameworks, and best practices.
Applying engineering approaches (such as MLOps) to decrease technical debt and address risk.
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and communicating AI concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and agent-based AI concepts (e.g. RAG, multi-agent systems, conversational agents).
Programming experience with languages such as Python or R.
Familiarity with AI frameworks and platforms such as Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Autogen AI Agents, or TensorFlow Agents.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimise agent behaviour and interactions.
Experience applying cloud-native engineering techniques for scalable AI solutions.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a collaborative team.
