Job Description

We are seeking a

Senior AI Engineer

with strong expertise in

Python, AI/ML, NLP, LLMs, and SQL

to build scalable conversational AI and voice solutions.

Key Responsibilities Develop AI-driven

IVR and conversational AI systems . Build NLP models for

text classification, clustering, and intent detection . Design

LLM workflows

using Prompt Engineering,

RAG, and evaluation frameworks . Develop

Agentic AI workflows . Establish

LLMOps/MLOps

practices. Analyze data using

SQL . Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Required Skills

12+ years of AI/ML experience Strong

Python NLP:

Text Classification and Clustering LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG SQL and Data Analysis Experience with

LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI SDK Good to Have

Agentic AI:

LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI LLMOps/MLOps:

MLflow, Airflow, BentoML Vector Databases:

FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant Cloud experience
