Senior AI Engineer

To support the deployment of AI agents across various teams, the full-time Senior AI Enablement Engineer will collaborate with operations, sales, and finance to identify automation opportunities, design and implement AI solutions, and establish best practices for agent creation in a remote environment. Key responsibilities

Collaborate with teams to identify manual workflows that can be automated, defining success metrics before development Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Claude and Microsoft Copilot Studio, while maintaining a record of agents in production Establish a community of champions by conducting hands-on build sessions and creating templates for teams to develop their own agents

Required qualifications

Experience building AI agents or automations using low-code tools like Copilot Studio or programming languages such as Python or TypeScript Hands-on knowledge of prompt design, retrieval, and evaluating agent output, with an understanding of LLM limitations Experience integrating with REST APIs and enterprise authentication systems Minimum of four years in a business-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering or automation Ability to learn and improve finance or sales operations workflows through automation
