Senior AI Engineer Location: possibly remote but not confirmed EST hours if so or ideally in Miami hybrid Process
: 2 ints - Tech screen + Panel
Starting to use Ai for the lighthouse team
Drive direction for how AI delivery happens in the org Not building solutions, this is using ai to deliver applications Needs a deep comfort to use ai and using Agents to build software Make sure Ai to the max (testing as you code and such, steering files and rules on how ai follows architecture) Maximizing the use of AI for many teams Should be former software engineers - who know cloud, devops, cloud infra. Coding will be mainly by ai so you need to fill the gaps in those other areas Wants more broad than specialized skill set They have specific projects And then in doing that they will set the standard for the rest of the company The have the freedom to be more experimental in how they approach things
