Deloitte is seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and operate LLM- and SLM-powered agentic systems for healthcare decisioning across payers, providers, and life sciences. You will own architecture, orchestration, and production deployment from day one. You lead end-to-end RAG pipelines, memory/context management, safety controls, and production-grade tooling, partnering with clinical experts to deliver reliable, auditable, compliant workflows that improve care decisions at scale.
