Remote: Staff AI Engineer, AI-Native Services

Workstream seeks a Staff AI/NLP engineer to lead the AI-Native Services (AINS) initiative. You will architect, own outcomes, and build the team that follows, influencing how agentic workflows evolve. This is a remote, full-time role with occasional in-office visits to collaborate across functions. You will shepherd the first AI service from zero to one, owning components, failure modes, and the move to reusable, scalable solutions while reporting to leadership.
