Norstella is seeking a Senior Forge AI Engineer to design and build an autonomous agentic platform, Forge, spanning orchestration, memory, and tool-use across multiple agents. You will tackle memory across multi-step runs, trust boundaries, and scalable safety primitives in production. You will own MCP server design, RAG pipelines, and evaluation harnesses, delivering end-to-end agent reliability in a regulated life sciences context.
