Remote Senior Forge AI Engineer — Autonomous Agent Platform

Norstella is building Forge, a greenfield agentic platform that replaces the human-driven SDLC with an autonomous agent chain. You’ll work across the full stack—from orchestration and multi-agent coordination to MCP server design and RAG pipelines. This live platform handles agent memory, inter-agent trust, cost attribution at scale, and compliance in a regulated industry. You’ll define design patterns, memory strategies, and safety primitives for production use.
