Remote Lead AI Engineer - Generative ML & Transformers

BairesDev is seeking a Lead AI Engineer (Machine Learning) to drive the technical direction of advanced AI initiatives. You will mentor engineering teams and collaborate with stakeholders to implement both generative and classical ML strategies. This role is 100% remote, with compensation in USD or local currency as preferred. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in ML/AI, deep knowledge of Transformers, RAG, LLMs, and strong Python skills, plus excellent English.
