Required Skills & Qualifications
Expert Python development skills with strong knowledge of Threading, Async Programming, Fast API, OO Design
Experience with ETL processes involving large data and performance optimizations
Experience with Pub/Sub, Message Bus design and implementations, preferably Kafka/AMPS
Experience working in large teams that collaboratively develop on a shared multi-repo codebase (VsCode)
Self-starter with the ability to break down complex problems and manage dependencies

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Design, develop, and oversee end-to-end implementation of AI platforms and business use cases
Develop architectural approaches for AI software and hardware integration
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to fulfill business objectives
Lead cross-disciplinary teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business priorities
Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
Establish standards and lead automation for SDLC efficiency
Mentor team members in technical design and development best practices
Drive platform performance, scalability, and resiliency testing
Implement hardware upgrades and software enhancements to meet global performance expectations
Address regulatory and performance-driven requirements for platform localization
Conduct research and prototyping to identify new solutions
Monitor AI industry trends to innovate and improve solutions
