Prompt AI Engineer

Role Description The Prompt AI Engineer will design, implement, and optimize prompts and workflows for large language models in support of HyperBlu Labs’ clients and internal tools.

Create and refine prompts for production AI agents

Develop agent workflows and conversational logic

Review AI conversations to identify improvement opportunities

Build evaluation processes to measure and enhance performance

Continuously optimize automation, response quality, and user experience

Qualifications

Hands-on experience developing AI agents or LLM-powered applications

Strong understanding of prompt design and optimization

Familiarity with GPT, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar AI frameworks

Working knowledge of Python or TypeScript

Analytical mindset with a passion for testing and continuous improvement

Bonus Skills

Experience with voice AI platforms or conversational AI

Knowledge of AI evaluation, benchmarking, or prompt testing

Startup, founding engineer, or fast-paced product experience
