Overview The successful candidate will develop AI agents and apply machine learning to enable delivery of robust results from proteomics experiments performed by the proteomics team. The candidate will also develop a process with team members to programmatically run R-scripts and Python programs and develop AI agents and ML tools to expedite decision making and reduce processing time to turn processed data into reported results more efficiently than currently done by team analysts.

Responsibilities

Develop AI agents and apply machine learning to enable delivery of robust results from proteomics experiments performed by the proteomics team.

Develop a process, working with team members, to programmatically run R-scripts and Python programs and develop AI agents and ML tools to expedite decision making and reduce processing time to turn processed data into reported results.

Experience

B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, AI Engineering, Data Statistics, or related fields

1-3 years of experience with a focus on AI/ML

Skills

Programming skills in R, Python and machine learning libraries

Design of AI agents and architecture capable of autonomous decision making

Perform feature engineering and development of accurate ML models

Familiarity with statistics and large-scale scientific studies

Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with diverse subject matter experts

Education

B.S./M.S. in Computer Science, AI Engineering, Data Statistics, or related fields with a focus on AI/ML
