Production AI Engineer for Legal Systems & Agents

Dexian is embedding AI agents into Legal systems and the infrastructure that runs them. You will own the Legal business line as a one-person engineering team, collaborating with the Center of Excellence to ship agents and MCP integrations. You will hand off mature work to platform and operations teams as it stabilizes. Your role is to treat AI tools as a core part of your workflow, leveraging hooks, skills, workflows, and automations to ship safely into production.
