What You’ll Need to Succeed

Minimum 5 years in AI and Machine Learning with a focus on advanced LLMs

Extensive experience in programmatic prompt engineering and NLP tasks

Proven track record of integrating AI systems with diverse data platforms (databases, data lakes, APIs)

Proficiency in Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, LangChain, and Hugging Face Transformers

Hands-on experience with leading cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)

More than 5 years of professional experience in collaborative, agile teams and SDLC practices tailored to AI projects

Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, vector databases (e.g., OpenSearch, ElasticSearch), RAG, ETL

Proven experience designing and building agentic systems with tool-calling capabilities

Designing and implementing cutting-edge NLP solutions from discovery to production, enabling AI-generated insights across organizational systems

Developing and deploying intelligent agents using advanced LLMs to deliver company-wide insights

Programmatic prompt engineering to optimize prompts for accurate, relevant AI interactions and rigorous validation before deployment

Integrating AI with internal and external APIs to access mission-critical data

Crafting AI strategies aligned with organizational objectives

Overseeing model performance to improve operational efficiency and accuracy

Designing agentic systems with tool-calling capabilities

Providing strategic counsel on AI adoption and identifying opportunities for innovation

Ensuring ethical AI use by upholding data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance

Staying current with AI, ML, and LLM advancements

Compensation Starting annual on-target earnings: $180,000. Final salary determined by skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise. Salary range is flexible and negotiable based on qualifications and fit for the role.
