We are seeking a Principal AI Engineer to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives, focusing on the development and implementation of advanced AI systems. This role involves leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and enhance our AI capabilities, particularly in Agentic AI and LLM. The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping our AI strategy and mentoring a team of engineers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Agentic AI solutions and LLM applications.
Develop and optimize Python-based AI models and algorithms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI technologies into existing systems.
Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI development.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and propose innovative solutions.
Contribute to the development of AI strategies and roadmap.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience as an AI Engineer with a strong focus on Agentic AI and LLM.
Expertise in Python programming and experience with AI frameworks.
Familiarity with AI concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and RAG pipelines is a plus.
Experience with Google ADK, LangChain, Snowflake, and BigQuery is advantageous.
Knowledge of AI agents, including Claude and GPT-4, is preferred.
