We are seeking a Senior Developer specializing in Agentic Coding to build next-generation AI-native enterprise systems. You will help design and build Everest 3.0, our shared AI platform.
Responsibilities
Design and build agentic systems and AI platform components.
Deliver production-ready AI capabilities.
Collaborate with platform, product, and engineering teams.
Mentor engineers and improve engineering standards.
Qualifications
5+ years professional software engineering experience.
Strong backend engineering and system design skills.
Experience building production systems.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with agent frameworks and LLM integrations.
Experience building AI-native or platform systems.
Experience with agentic coding tools.
Salary Range (Ontario & BC Only)
The estimated base salary range for this role is CAD$171,000.00 - CAD$209,000.00 per year. We include salary ranges in job postings only where required by applicable pay transparency laws, based on the jurisdictions in which the role may be performed. The posted range is a good faith estimate and reflects factors that are subject to change. Final offer amounts may vary based on job-related factors, including work location, candidate experience and expertise, and other relevant considerations.
