Role Overview Looking for a Staff/Principal AI Engineer to lead enterprise-scale Agentic AI implementations for Fortune 500 clients. This is a highly hands-on engineering role focused on designing and deploying autonomous, tool-calling AI systems that operate reliably at enterprise scale.
Must-have Skills
15+ years of software engineering experience
Strong hands-on Python development
Strong backend/system language: Go, Rust, Java, C/C++
Strong Data Structures, Algorithms & System Design
APIs, Microservices & Distributed Systems
Production-grade Data Pipelines
Agentic AI / LLM
2+ years hands-on LLM Engineering
Proven experience taking Agentic AI systems to production
LangGraph / Google ADK / CrewAI / Claude Agent SDK or equivalent
MCP Servers & Tool Calling
RAG chunking, embeddings, vector/hybrid retrieval & reranking
Vector DBs Pinecone / Milvus / Weaviate / FAISS
