Security-Minded Engineer With A Passion For AI And Modern Architecture
This role is essential in leading the development and integration of AI-enabled and LLM-based applications within our client's enterprise environment. Your expertise will drive secure, explainable, and auditable AI solutions that align with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead hands-on development of AI-enabled and LLM-based applications, focusing on agentic and automation-driven systems.
Design and implement agent orchestration architectures, including task decomposition, multi-agent coordination, and policy-aware execution flows.
Engineer robust LLM interaction layers, including prompt design and grounding strategies.
Own end-to-end AI system architecture, covering APIs, services, data pipelines, and observability.
Ensure AI solutions operate effectively across cloud-native and hybrid environments.
Embed security, compliance, and governance by design, ensuring access controls and traceability.
Provide technical leadership through architecture ownership and mentorship of AI engineers.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a hands-on AI or platform engineer with leadership responsibility for production systems.
Deep expertise in LLMs, including model selection and prompt engineering.
Strong experience with agent frameworks and orchestration patterns.
Solid background in cloud-native architecture, APIs, and distributed systems.
Ability to translate business, risk, and regulatory requirements into technical designs.
Experience with real-world deployment scenarios ensuring AI solutions work reliably across hybrid environments.
Experience implementing AI control frameworks aligned to NIST, ISO, or sector regulators.
Knowledge of identity, access, and authorization models for agents and non-human identities.
