NET AI Engineer
We are seeking experienced AI Engineers to accelerate the delivery of Agentic AI Solutions. This role involves designing, building, and optimizing AI-powered agents, knowledge experiences, and workflow automations that improve employee productivity and enable trusted self-service. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with a user-centered mindset and hands-on experience building enterprise AI applications at scale. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in C# and.NET application development Experience with Client Agent Framework or similar enterprise agent frameworks Knowledge of Azure AI Search, RAG architectures, and knowledge retrieval pipelines Skills in REST APIs and enterprise system integrations Prior work experience at client or in client's industry Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2 Preferred Skills & Qualifications: Experience with Client 365 Agent SDK Familiarity with Client Teams applications, Adaptive Cards, and conversational experiences Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code using Terraform Understanding of observability, telemetry, and AI performance optimization Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Translate employee needs into intuitive agent experiences Develop RAG-based solutions and integrate enterprise systems and tools Advance agentic solutions roadmap across agent orchestration, personalization, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities Company Benefits & Culture: Comprehensive health and wellness benefits Opportunities for professional growth and development Inclusive and collaborative work environment
