We’re looking for a

senior AI/ML Engineer

to join a fast-moving, evaluation-first team focused on building cutting-edge

AI agents

that learn from user behavior and interact with internal tools via microservice-based workflows. You’ll work directly with

the Head of Orchestration , to architect agent workflows, integrate with various systems (e.g., Mulesoft), and ensure our agents are dynamic, data-driven, and production-ready. The team is driving forward a product with the core goal of learning from data to adapt and personalize experiences. What You’ll Do

Design & Build AI agents

that can dynamically reason, adapt, and integrate with various tools and APIs. Design end-to-end ML pipelines : from ingesting and parsing data, deriving user preferences, to serving personalized results in production. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ML engineers, and platform/infrastructure engineers to

deliver tightly integrated workflows . Work with modern tech stacks — heavy emphasis on

microservices, APIs (FastAPI, Django), Docker , and data pipelines. Contribute to agent evaluation strategies:

build quickly, evaluate quickly , and iterate based on results. Help define best practices and reusable components for ML development and agent orchestration. Occasionally dive into the codebase to build and ship features directly — we\'re a hands-on team. Ideal Background

Experience in building recommendation systems , personalization engines, or adaptive AI products (e.g., Netflix, Spotify, Amazon-like systems). Strong background in

AI/ML workflows , with proven ability to build and deploy ML services end-to-end. Experience with

microservice architecture , particularly how agents can interface with data layers, external APIs, and orchestration layers. Familiarity with

agent-based architectures , tool integrations, and workflow automation. Knowledge of

FastAPI or Django , Docker, and how to stand up REST APIs and services that scale. Comfortable working in

evaluation-driven, fast-paced startup environments . You’ve built internal tools or cookie-cutter templates for rapid ML/API development. Familiarity with

RAG systems

and retrieval-augmented workflows is a plus. Attendance at AI/ML conferences or participation in AI engineering communities is a strong signal. Who You Are

You’ve likely been an

ML Engineer ,

AI Engineer , or

Software Architect
