1-3 years of software engineering experience
Hands-on experience building AI or LLM-based applications (agents, copilots, RAG pipelines, etc.)
Strong programming skills in Python and/or C#
Experience with Azure or another cloud platform
Knowledge of prompt engineering and retrieval-based systems
Experience working with APIs and integrations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, or Azure OpenAI
Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
Exposure to RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere
Understanding of authentication (OAuth, Entra ID)
Familiarity with JavaScript or TypeScript
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
Knowledge of data privacy or regulated environments (HIPAA preferred)
