Leading a team of technical experts, the full-time remote Manager, Applied AI Engineer will oversee the design, deployment, and scaling of AI-driven customer engagement solutions, ensuring projects meet quality and performance objectives.
Key responsibilities:
Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of AI deployment engineers and solution specialists
Overseeing proof-of-concept and production deployments across the customer base
Guiding the design and deployment of production-ready AI agents integrated with various systems
Required qualifications:
7+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including at least 2 years in leadership or management
Proven success deploying complex SaaS or AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments
Hands-on experience with voice technology stacks and familiarity with major providers
Proficiency in Python and working knowledge of TypeScript or Go for enterprise integrations
Familiarity with contact center platforms or AI agent platforms is a plus
