Walker Healthforce is seeking a Machine Learning / AI Engineer with 6+ years of experience to provide machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions that support enterprise analytics and automation initiatives. This is a Contract opportunity.
START DATE: ASAP
HOURS/SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday, 40 hours, Hybrid
WORKER TYPE: W2
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
6+ years of experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence
Experience designing, developing, training, and deploying machine learning models
Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, or related AI technologies
Experience building data pipelines and performing feature engineering
Experience evaluating and optimizing machine learning model performance
Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise applications
Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technical teams
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
WE CONSIDER IT A BONUS IF YOU ALSO HAVE:
Experience with cloud AI/ML platforms
Experience with MLOps and model lifecycle management
Experience optimizing enterprise AI solutions
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI models
Build and optimize data pipelines and feature engineering processes
Evaluate and improve model performance
Integrate AI solutions into enterprise applications
Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders
Troubleshoot AI applications and resolve issues
Maintain technical documentation
Research and apply emerging AI technologies
