Lead Oncology AI Engineer: Translational ML & Discovery

Pfizer Oncology seeks a Scientific AI Engineer to design and build end-to-end AI solutions that impact Oncology R&D decision-making. You will partner with scientists, clinicians, and product leaders to prototype, iterate, and deliver AI-enabled insights with speed and rigor. You will own projects end-to-end, apply ML to multimodal datasets, and ensure solutions are scientifically grounded and user-facing. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced AI-driven environment.
