Lead GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer
Location:
Hybrid (Charlotte, NC) or Remote (Must work EST hours)
Duration:
Contract through 12/31/2026
We are seeking an experienced
Lead GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer
to design and build enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in AWS AI/ML services, Python, LLMs, and AI orchestration frameworks.
Required Skills:
10+ years of experience in AI, ML, NLP, or software engineering.
1-2+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI or Agentic AI.
Strong experience with
AWS
(Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Step Functions, Glue, Redshift, Aurora, CloudWatch).
Proficiency in
Python , PyTorch, TensorFlow, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
Experience with
LangChain ,
LlamaIndex , prompt engineering, and RAG.
Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, or RDS Vector Store.
Knowledge of Terraform, GitHub Actions/CI-CD, and Data Lakehouse technologies (Apache Iceberg preferred).
Strong communication skills with experience in Agile, pair programming, and mentoring.
Interview:
2-3 rounds. Candidates must be willing to attend an in-person interview if requested and be available to work EST hours.
