About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Lead AI Engineer to architect, build, and scale next-generation agentic AI systems while providing technical leadership to our AI Labs team. This is a highly technical, hands-on role where
you'll
spend
significant time
writing code and building sophisticated AI agents alongside driving strategic technical decisions.
You'll
develop complex multi-agent systems, implement
cutting-edge
AI architectures, and write the core frameworks that power our enterprise AI platform. While providing technical leadership and mentorship, this role is fundamentally about hands-on engineering -
you'll
be in the code daily, prototyping new agent capabilities, optimizing performance, and solving the hardest technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
•
AI Platform Development
: Build enterprise-scale AI infrastructure with multi-agent orchestration, real-time inference, and cross-organizational workflows
•
System Implementation
: Design and code distributed, fault-tolerant AI systems handling enterprise workloads with strict SLA requirements
•
Multi-Agent Systems
: Develop complex systems with sophisticated communication protocols, task delegation, and coordination mechanisms
•
Advanced AI Development
: Build production-grade RAG systems, intelligent automation platforms, and domain-specific agents serving millions of users
•
Performance & Safety
: Optimize system performance and implement robust safeguards, monitoring, and failure recovery for autonomous AI systems
•
Framework Development
: Create reusable AI engineering frameworks and libraries from scratch to accelerate organization-wide development
•
Technical Leadership
: Guide engineering teams, drive technical roadmap through hands-on prototyping, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
•
Research Implementation
: Evaluate and implement cutting-edge AI research in production, including novel architectures and training techniques
Required Qualifications
Experience & Leadership
• 8+ years software engineering with 4+ years in senior AI/ML roles
• Proven
track record
leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-scale AI systems
• Technical leadership experience including architecture decisions and mentoring senior engineers
Deep AI/ML Expertise
• Production LLM systems with extensive experience deploying and scaling large language models
• Agentic AI mastery including agent architectures, planning algorithms, and multi-agent coordination
• Advanced RAG systems with sophisticated retrieval architectures and hybrid search systems
• Model optimization

in fine-tuning, quantization, caching, and inference optimization
Software Engineering Excellence
• System architecture for distributed systems, microservices, and event-driven architectures
• API design for robust, scalable AI services and integration patterns
