Position Overview
An established enterprise organization is looking for an experienced AI Engineering professional to help drive the next generation of intelligent automation initiatives. This role focuses on building, deploying, and enhancing advanced Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and business performance across the organization.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
7+ years of experience working with cloud technologies, enterprise infrastructure standards, systems engineering, and security frameworks
5+ years of hands-on development experience using Python and AI-related technologies
Extensive background in software development and engineering best practices, including:
Agile development methodologies
Source control and code management
CI/CD and build automation
Testing strategies and deployment processes
Code quality and review standards
Experience working with AI/ML platforms, automation tooling, and operational AI solutions
Knowledge of container technologies, orchestration platforms, and cloud-based ML services such as SageMaker
Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and system diagnostics capabilities
Experience collaborating with distributed or globally aligned technical teams
Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to a strong engineering culture
Key Responsibilities
Support and enhance enterprise automation and AI platforms across geographically distributed teams
Build scalable, resilient, and highly available AI-driven systems and applications
Apply engineering and operational best practices to ensure platform stability and performance
Participate in the complete AI/ML lifecycle, including architecture, development, testing, deployment, and optimization
Partner with software engineers, data scientists, infrastructure teams, and DevOps professionals to deliver end-to-end technical solutions
Monitor platform health, performance metrics, and availability xsgimln to ensure operational excellence
Maintain awareness of cybersecurity and industry-standard security practices
Research emerging technologies and continuously improve existing AI capabilities and infrastructure
Work Environment
Hybrid schedule with onsite presence three days per week
Candidates located in New York or New Jersey
Limited domestic travel required (approximately 10%)
