Location: Charlotte, NC – Hybrid Roles

Responsibilities
Data Engineering & Intelligence (50%)
Design and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes across structured and unstructured data sources.
Integrate data from various Enterprise SORs and workflow tools to create process-level visibility.
Build and maintain data models, warehouses, and lakes for analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with analysts and business teams to develop dashboards and real-time metrics.
Use SQL, Python, Vertica SQL to ensure data quality and lineage.
Gen AI & Advanced Analytics (50%)
Customize GenAI applications (using approved LLMs) for process mining, task mining summarization, anomaly detection.
Integrate organization-approved foundation models (like Llama, Google Gemini etc.) into Agentic task-based workflows.
Partner with Process Excellence and Ops teams to ideate
Required Qualifications
5+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI-focused roles.
Experience with process mining tools (Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, etc.).
Proven experience with cloud-based data pipelines, preferably GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow) or equivalent.
Solid understanding of SQL, Python, and data transformation tools.
Exposure to or hands-on work with Generative AI, LLMs (like Llama, Google Gemini, OpenAI etc.), or vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS).
Experience working on cross-functional process improvement initiatives using data.
Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into decisions.
Nice to Have
Knowledge of RAG architectures and enterprise chatbots.
Familiarity with Agentic AI solutions or frameworks.
