Title: Lead AI Engineer
Duration: 7 Months
Pay Range: $70-$80/hr
Onsite Interview: Only Apply if you are local to the McLean or Richmond. Or willing to go onsite for the Interview.
Lead
hands-on development
of AI-driven applications using
Python (full-stack preferred)
with 10+ years of software engineering experience.
Design and implement
GenAI solutions
including
LLMs (GPT or similar) ,
RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) , and
agentic AI frameworks .
Build and orchestrate
multi-agent systems
using tools like
LangGraph
or similar orchestration frameworks.
Develop
scalable cloud-native applications
leveraging
AWS
(5+ years' experience) and modern cloud architectures.
Contribute across the full
SDLC (Agile)
lifecycle from
story development to production deployment .
Implement and maintain robust
CI/CD pipelines
for continuous integration and delivery of AI/ML solutions.
Integrate AI platforms with enterprise tools such as
ServiceNow, CMDB, and JIRA .
Deliver
production-grade AI/LLM solutions
with strong focus on performance, scalability, and enterprise reliability.
Provide
technical leadership
in
AI engineering , guiding teams on
agentic workflows, GenAI best practices , and system design.
Nice to have: experience with
LLM fine-tuning , additional models ( Claude, LLaMA ),
enterprise AI platforms.
