Our client, a fast-growing fintech platform in the alternative investments space, is adding an AI Engineer to its AI/ML team. You’ll work alongside senior AI and ML engineers to build production AI systems that solve real business problems, not just demos.

What You’ll Do Build AI capabilities like LLM-based reasoning, document intelligence (OCR/IDP), knowledge systems, and agentic workflows Deliver them as APIs and services used across internal and external workflows Own pieces of the full lifecycle, from scoping and POC through deployment, monitoring, and improvement Build evaluation pipelines with clear metrics, benchmark datasets, and solid dataset and model versioning Document your work and communicate results clearly to the team

Required Qualifications 2–3 years of hands-on experience building production AI/ML systems Python skills Experience with AWS or another cloud platform for AI/ML workloads Experience with MCP or other agentic communication protocols (A2A, etc.) Comfortable with source control
