Support web-based initiatives including front-end extensions, internal tools, browser-based (Wixy) interfaces, and supporting APIs. Participate in backend development using modern engineering practices to support Strata and other contact-center platforms. Work with cloud-based infrastructure across any major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Contribute to Agile ceremonies and collaborate closely with engineers across multiple squads as the team scales into two dedicated groups. Learn, iterate, and quickly ramp up on new tools, languages, and AI frameworks within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
