Responsibilities
Build features using AI-assisted development
Collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams
Attend client meetings and translate needs into solutions
Write clean, documented, maintainable code
Support QA and participate in code reviews
Requirements
Proficiency with AI tools (Copilot, Claude, Cursor, etc.)
Strong prompt engineering skills - this is required
Solid grasp of at least one modern stack (Java/.NET)
Strong written and verbal communication
Comfortable in client-facing settings
Curious, proactive, and a fast learner
Nice to have
Experience with LLM integrations or AI-augmented testing
Experience shipping projects end-to-end with AI as a co-pilot
