About the Role
The Company is in search of a Head of Product and AI Engineering to spearhead the development and expansion of its next-generation AI-enabled research tools. This pivotal role involves scaling AI innovation into real products, leading the transition from prototype models to scalable product infrastructure, and ensuring the integration of AI capabilities across both internal and external products. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of technical and engineering leadership, working closely with an innovation and prototyping team to bring promising AI concepts into production. A hands-on approach is essential, as the role requires direct engagement with engineers and AI developers, as well as the design of technical infrastructure for deploying and scaling AI solutions.
The ideal candidate for this role at the company will be a technical builder with a strong product instinct, experienced in creating and scaling emerging technology. Key responsibilities include setting the product and technology roadmap, identifying new AI opportunities, and aligning product development with business goals. The Head of Product and AI Engineering will also be responsible for mentoring and leading a distributed engineering and product development team, and must be comfortable in an entrepreneurial, fast-moving environment. While a background in insights, analytics, or research-related industries is beneficial, it is not a mandatory requirement. The role demands a passion for behavioral science and a deep understanding of AI, machine learning, and data-driven platforms, with a focus on large language models and modern AI development ecosystems.
